      Finish this module with a clear understanding of the terms Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.

    • MODULE 4: What gets in the way?
      Learn about the ways bias enters into our decision-making process and affects the way we approach hiring. We review the research and review strategies to reduce bias in our hiring process.

    • MODULE 5: What strategies can help?
      Learn strategies to implement at each phase of the hiring process that can enhance your ability to attract, hire, and retain diverse applicants.

    • MODULE 6: What next?
      We summarize the great things happening in the area of diversity hiring and share ways that you can further strengthen your diversity hiring practices.
